Make your first call with NexCall

Follow these steps: buy a plan, activate your portal, install the dialer app, enter SIP details, set your caller ID, and start calling.

1) Buy a plan

Finish checkout & upload payment receipt.

2) We verify & deliver

Activation code via email & WhatsApp.

3) Create your portal

Use the activation code to sign up.

4) Configure the app

Enter SIP details & set caller ID.

Buy your plan

Select Personal, Power, or Business Elite and complete checkout.

Upload payment receipt

Attach a clear screenshot or PDF at checkout, then place the order.

Verification & delivery

We verify payment and send your Activation Code via email and WhatsApp (typ. 20–30 mins).

Create your portal account

Go to nexcall.solutions/create-account, enter the code, and sign up. Balances for minutes/SMS/email show in your portal.

Install the dialer app & enter your SIP details

NexCall works via SIP / VOIP dialers. Use our recommended dialer on every device.

Enter SIP credentials in the app

Open the dialer → Settings/Accounts → Add SIP account → paste server, port, your portal username, and your portal password.

Set your Caller ID in the portal

Portal → Caller ID → Add/choose number → save. now the selected Caller Id will be shown on calls made.

Place your first call

Dial from the app keypad. Your available minutes are shown in the portal and decrement as you talk.

Step 3

Send SMS & emails from your portal

SMS

Portal → MessagingSMS → choose sender → add recipient(s) → write → send.

Email

Portal → Email → choose sender → compose → send. Email quota varies by plan.

We provide a dedicated Elite portal after purchase. Add agents, manage trunks, set global caller IDs, and review recordings/usage & use all other features.

Use any SIP dialer — or our Pro dialer

Elite works with ViciDial, MicroSIP, and others. We also offer our own Pro dialer with the Elite features (auto dialer, transfers, recordings, analytics and all other features).

Per‑agent credentials

Elite portal shows individual SIP usernames/passwords for each agent plus SIP server details. Configure once and your team can make parallel calls.
